God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness. Our submission to God in our lifestyle makes us weak in our flesh but strong in His Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 12:9-11). The fall from grace is the beginning of mankind being strong in the flesh, but weak in the Spirit of God; which is known as the pride of life, lust of the flesh and lust of the eyes. Jesus came to give us back the image and likeness of God that was lost during the fall of mankind in the garden of Eden (Genesis 3). This image and likeness that Jesus came to restore back to us is God’s word in the flesh that is His glory that is full of grace and truth.
Every battle in life is a battle for blessings or curses, death or life to be manifested in the flesh so that it can be manifested within our lifestyle (Proverbs 18:21). Jesus prayed and taught His disciples to pray for God’s kingdom to come on earth as it is in heaven. Before God’s kingdom can manifest in the earth, His kingdom has to manifest in people (Luke 17:20-21).
The word of God tells us in Psalms 16:11:
You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
Jesus came to return the presence of God back to the flesh so that we may be made strong in God’s Holy Spirit. The flesh is the soul and this is why Jesus is the redeemer of our soul because He returned the Spirit of God which puts us in covenant relationship with God through Christ. Whenever we decide to become women who pursue the heart of God, we are saying that we are ready to let go of anything in our heart that is not in agreement with God’s heart. The more we desire the word of God the more we allow ourselves to be perfected in the presence of God.
Matthew 6:33 tells us that when we seek first His kingdom and righteousness that all things will be added to us; this is the results of abiding in His presence. God is able to give us fullness of joy and pleasures that is the benefits of seeking His kingdom and righteousness first. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy the promises of God, but Christ came to give us life more abundantly (John 10:10). The abundant life is the blessed life where we are aware of God’s presence and our life becomes a living miracle because we have accepted the abundance of God’s presence. The abundance of God’s presence empowers us to experience the exceedingly abundant blessings because of the power of His Holy Spirit that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). The power of His Holy Spirit heals to restore our health, relationships, finances and whatever else needs healing and restoration as we enjoy the blessing of God’s abundant presence in our lifestyle.
The power of the Holy Spirit is living and it pierces the soul, spirit, body as well as discern the intents and thoughts of the heart. This is the power that God wants us to walk in, but we must make room for His power, love and sound mind by giving up whatever is separating us from His power, love and sound mind (Proverbs 3:5-6). His power in our soul positions us to reign with Him because we suffered the cross with Him (Matthew 16:24-26). This suffering is short-lived because it is birthing the glory of God that is full of His grace and truth. It is in us knowing the truth that sets us free as the limits are removed and we walk in our greatness because we have become one with the greatness of His presence.

His latest single “We Going Reign” on his eight album not only has spiritually influenced lyrics but Flame applies practical understanding on how our weapons are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds. I love the verse in the “We Going Reign” song, which says, “If we suffer with Him we going to reign to be absent from the body is to be present with the King.” It gives us hope that God is moving us not only forward but to greater where we experience His abundance presence, joy and pleasures that do not come with regret. Flame has Dove, Grammy and Stellar nominations for his work. Know that if God has brought you to it, He will bring you through it because He is Mighty in the battles in life and He has not lost a battle yet!
